Kevin Canache was born on June 20, 1979, in Caracas, Venezuela. Even in primary school he was interested in movie-making. Any time he could, Kevin would do his school projects on video. While still in primary school, he worked on movie scenes, commercials, and any other kind of video projects he could get his hands on. In high school, Kevin directed plays, big game-day spectacles, and the school's TV Channel. After finishing high school, he studied Social Communication. Kevin then decided to move to the United States to persue a career in film. At Miami International University of Art and Design he learned many aspects of filmmaking. There, he produced and directed four short films and was later selected from a field of thirty applicants as Director of Photography for the Thesis Film "The Last Offering." Kevin has since finished his schooling, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Film. Kevin actually owns Cineka Films Inc., a film/video production company. |
